Viewing Party Cancellation Policy

As a responsible tourism organization, we acknowledge the current global situation related to COVID-19 and the ways in which it may impact our viewing parties. At this time, we are not canceling our viewing parties, but are closely monitoring the situation both in Mexico and worldwide, and following the hygiene recommendations issued by the World Health Organization, Mexican Secretariat of Health, and the Center for Disease Control. The safety of our guests, staff, and community members is our first priority and we are making decisions accordingly. 

In the case that we need to cancel your viewing party because of Coronavirus or because of other circumstances, we will issue you a full refund.  Please check your email at least 24 hours before your viewing party to receive last-minute information.

Because we pay our local partners fairly for their time, we require a minimum of 3 tour participants to the Viewing Party. In the event that a viewing party has fewer than 3 participants, we will contact you to reschedule or refund you.

No-shows will not receive a refund.
