How does purchasing help Mexican families?
Each purchase from Camino ensures artisans in Mexico’s Riviera Nayarit can secure a pathway to economic stability during the pandemic and beyond. We do this by compensating our partners fairly for their talents, championing inclusive decision making, and honoring their diverse cultural identities.
What does Human Connections do?
Headquartered in Bucerías, Mexico, Human Connections is a non-profit whose mission is to increase empathy across cultures and strengthen communities through responsible travel experiences. We connect local artisans with international audiences through cultural day tours and immersive student programs, all while creating meaningful and revenue-generating opportunities for our community.

Are your products handmade?
Yes! All of our products are handmade by artisans in Mexico. Please visit our artisan page to learn more.
Can I place a custom order?
We are happy to create custom products. Please contact us with your ideas at info@humanconnections.org. We will help you customize our products to meet your needs or create new products.
How can I place an order?
You can fill out our order form and email us at info@humanconnections.org.
What are your wholesale prices?
Our price list includes our wholesale prices and retail prices.
Where do you ship from?
Our headquarters is located in Bucerias, Nayarit, Mexico. All of our products are shipped to you from our Mexico headquarters. You may also find our products in retail stores that carry Human Connections products.
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes we have a $150 opening minimum order. There is not minimum reorder.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All products are made to order. Please allow at least 90-120 days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please email us, info@humanconnections.org, for information about availability.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Shipping is at the expense of the retailer.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Please contact us at info@humanconnections.org within 15 days. We will work with you to replace the item or offer a refund/credit.
Can online retailers sell your products?
Yes! We'd also be happy to provide product and artisan photos.
Can I use your artisan and product photos?
Yes! You may use our artisan and product photos to promote Camino products you are selling. Please contact us to gain access to these images.
