Terms and Conditions

Production Times

All products are made to order. Please allow 90-120 days from the time of your order for completion of items. We may have some products in stock and once we receive your completed order form, we will give you a more accurate order completion window. Please email us info@humanconnections.org for information about availability.

Minimum Order Amount

The minimum order is currently $150USD.

Nature of Handmade Products

All of our products are handmade. Dimensions are approximate and sizes or colors may vary slightly due to the nature of handmade products.

Payments

Credit Cards: Human Connections accepts credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) payments.

Shipping

Merchandise is shipped the most cost-effective way via DHL or Fedex. Costs are determined by weight, size, and region. Shipping and handling charges are calculated and added to your invoice total when you place your order.

Returns

Returns must be made in writing via email info@humanconnections.org. within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without Human Connections prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged. Please email us with details of the product prior to returning it.

Damages and Defects

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you do receive a damaged or defective product in your shipment, please contact Human Connections at info@humanconnections.com within 5 days of receipt of the order. Returned damaged merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

We are happy to create custom products. Please contact us with your ideas at info@humanconnections.org. We will help you customize our products to meet your needs or create new products.

Where do you ship from?

Our headquarters is located in Bucerias, Nayarit, Mexico. All of our products are shipped to you from our Mexico headquarters. You may also find our products in retail stores that carry Human Connections products.

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Shipping is at the expense of the cusotmer based on shipping address.
