Gilari, originally from Guadalajara, Jalisco, leads a family-owned beekeeping project based in Valle de Banderas, Nayarit. She and her partner, Shamar, who is originally from Valle de Banderas, began this journey together, building a project rooted in a shared passion for working with bees and creating all-natural honey products.

Today, Gilari continues to lead the project, caring for the bees and sharing the knowledge, dedication, and intention behind her work. Through her partnership with Human Connections, she invites travelers to connect with this process in a meaningful and authentic way.
